Job RequirementsSouth Africa Citizen, currently in Elandsfontein or willing to relocate at own costMatric (Grade 12)Certificate/ Diploma in Exports or a related field is advantageous2-3 years in Export AdministrationExtensive knowledge of exportExperience in Incoterms is crucialRESPONSIBILITIESProcessing quotations/ PFI manually, as well as processing export orders on SAPGeneration of manual picking slips and liaison with the warehouse on order status, pallet loads, and releasing of invoicesCreating PRs for transport charges, insurance quotes and inspection charges, including MIGO and ensuring paymentConstantly updating customers and the warehouse on order statusCreating commercial invoices and separate invoices for items not manufactured locallyCompleting SADC certificate for locally manufactured goodsFilling in shipping instructions forms for the transporters collectingEnsuring that all documentation meets SARS requirementsAssisting with export queries, short deliveries and investigating price errors and discrepanciesDaily feedback and discussions with CDC and update priority list for next dayMonthly sales report per customerAttend export meetings and keep minutesRecord keeping of documentationSolid understanding of Incoterms and the application thereof to ensure smooth export transactions and avoid unnecessary costs
