Logistics

Make and amend bookings
Adequate record keeping of bookings made and utilized
Arrange loadings for vessels on a weekly basis alongside the Logistics Manager
Import of PO files into stock system
Create commercial Invoices and send to relevant forwarders
Create and send packing lists to UK teams




Budget Sheet

Maintain and update budget sheets
Liaising with Commercial Managers to ensure that the correct prices and product intentions are added into the budget sheet for each container.
Maintain proper record keeping of the relevant data that needs to be added into the budget sheet and Rubicon (financial system)
Liaising with the UK Team to ensure that all relevant stock codes, product intentions and budgets are populated in the budget sheet




Rubicon

Populate this system with relevant data and information before vessels dock
Deal with any queries relating to information in Rubicon




Invoices and Claims

Check Invoices from growers against the prices in the procurement sheet
Ensure all details on invoice are correct (Address, PO number, Cartons)
Forward on / Send invoices to relevant financial admin teams
Maintain proper record keeping of Invoices sent, received and queried
Once claims are sent, update claim value in tracking sheet
Maintain proper record keeping of credit notes sent, received and queried in conjunction with the Commercial Manager.
