Essential Job Functions: Export Sales Administration: Liaison between Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Shipping. Strict adherence to timelines to meet stack and shipping schedules so that finished products reach Ports of destination and ultimately Customers on time. Communicate proficiently with export customers to ensure that customer requirements are communicated to the Operations Team in a timely manner. Keep abreast of changes in maritime rules, regulations, and requirements to ensure a seamless supply of finished products to the required destination within agreed timelines. Sales Administration Support: Proficient in the use of SAP for timely and effective execution of sales orders. Display a working understanding of sales strategies. Assist in adherence to Product Quality requirements for export. Collaborate and communicate across functional areas. Willingness to learn about the basket of products we offer to the Timber Industry. Back Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Account Managers and Engineering Coordinators with weekly order predictions and recording customer training. Manage the engineering spares stock register and conduct monthly stock takes. Collaboration with Marketing: Support the Sales Manager in ensuring effective collaboration with the Marketing team, including: Tracking and obtaining necessary marketing approvals. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives. Ensuring timely delivery of sales and marketing initiatives to meet deadlines. Marketing Materials Management: Order and maintain minimum stock levels of all sales marketing, customer support, and promotional items. SAP Processing: Responsible for executing the following SAP transactions: Export invoice processing. Sales and Marketing requisition processing. Preparation of payment schedules for Finance department review and approval. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and payment schedules to support business operations. Backup Support: Provide backup coverage for the Salesclerk role during absences, ensuring continuity of critical functions, including maintaining sales operations and administrative tasks. Ensuring seamless support and minimizing disruptions to sales activities.
