We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure our guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction.Candidate must have the following experience/requirements:Over 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager is essentialExperience in a fast-paced and busy environment is crucialDrivers license and own vehicleAbility to take stock to multiple locations, and work at multiple locationsExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Must be proficient with Google Sheets/Docs/Email/POS systemsStock management experienceSetting up stock systems, monitoring stock, training staff to track stockExcellent admin and organizational skillsAbility to oversee and streamline many processes for ease and efficiencyDaily cash-upsPlacing orders for all goodsTraining staffShifting staff/rostering - FOH & BOHExcellent customer service skillsMust have excellent knowledge of the menu, and ability to serve customers at the drop of a hatCan-do attitude - willing to help out in all aspects of the running of the restaurantVibrant & memorable character that is a pleasure to work with, that customers will remember
