Location: Melkbosstrand, Cape Town
Salary: R35000 - R45000 CTC plus quarterly commission (negotiable)

What We Offer:

Salary: R35000 - R45000 per month plus commission
Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home (open to discuss)

What We Need:

Proven experience in recruitment consultancy
Global recruitment experience (USA, Europe, Australia)
Proactive talent finder with a deep global network
Honest, kind, driven, loyal, dedicated, and client/candidate-focused
Ability to manage time and deliver results without micromanagement
Strong business development skills to bring in new clients
Own laptop, reliable internet (stable during load shedding), and reliable transport
Sober habits and a healthy outlet to manage recruitment stress
Matric
Sourcing skills (courses would be ideal)
South African Citizen or a permanent resident
