Position DescriptionAn established law firm in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This role involves managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters, with a focus on complex trusts, succession planning, and advising on agricultural and business property relief.
Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of Probate and Trust administration.Prepare Wills and manage Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning, including complex estates.Advise on and claim agricultural and business property relief.Manage and prioritise your own caseload autonomously.Collaborate with experienced team members and support junior colleagues.Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Requirements: Approximately 5 years' PQE in Private Client work, preferably STEP qualified.Experience with high net worth clients, business and farming partnerships/agricultural interests.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.Potential for hybrid working after an initial office-based period.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a reputable firm in Cheshire.
