Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Lead Generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multiple CRM platforms, possess strong marketing acumen, and demonstrate an ability to growth hack inbound leads. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in lead generation and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize multiple CRM platforms to manage and track leads.Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest and convert them into qualified prospects.Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to drive inbound leads.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities.Report on lead generation performance and provide insights to senior management.Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in lead generation.Proven track record of successfully generating leads and converting them into sales.Proficiency in multiple CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.Strong understanding of marketing principles and growth hacking techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Equipment Needed: Reliable computer with high-speed internet access.Headset for making calls.Access to multiple CRM platforms (preferably provided by the company).
