Our client is searching for a seasoned, highly experienced 5* Sous Chef ready to step up and manage a large kitchen brigade proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings, and events.
Requirements and Skills:

Proven working experience as a Sous Chef managing a large kitchen brigade, proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings, and events.
Excellent record of kitchen management.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS).
