The role involves managing key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and address their needs to prevent loss to competitors.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, expand existing client relationships, and acquire new customers.Product Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and build a robust sales pipeline.Team Coordination: Work with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.Requirements:Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably as an Area Manager.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Education: Matric Certificate, Technical Certificate beneficial, BSc/BA in Business Administration advantageous.Location: Must reside near Witbank.
