We are looking for an expert Executive Sous Chef to join our client a well established and known brand hotel in KZN

Our client is searching a seasoned, highly experienced 5* Executive Sous Chef managing a large kitchen brigade proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings and events.

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as an Sous Chef managing a large kitchen brigade, proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings and events.
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
