Executive / Senior Executive, Building & Facilities Management(Pmd)

Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management, maintenance and operation activities such as building, mechanical and electrical system, cleaning, security, pest control and horticultural, etc.General knowledge as well as technical knowledge and effectively implementing good engineering practices including quality, environment, health and safety in the premisesProvide feedback, formulate and review standard operating procedures relating to facility maintenance and operation for the premisesAny other duties as assigned by Head of Department and/or the ManagementRequirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or equivalentAt least 3 years relevant Building, Facilities Management experience, preferably in an educational institution environment with minimum 2 years' work experience in a supervisory/ leadership roleSuccessful candidate must be qualified with FSM, Bizsafe and OSHA certificationFamiliar with BCA/ SCDF/ WSF/ OSHA/NEA/PUB regulatory requirements, etc.Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsMeticulous with contract documentationSelf-driven, committed individual and a team player
