A company within the Property Industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team. The PA will report directly to the owner of the company. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner. Manage the owners calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments. Handle confidential documents and communications. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the owner. Oversee office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in the property industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Relevant certifications or qualifications (advantageous). Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00) Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
