Executive Chef - Umhlanga

JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an exclusive property in Umhlanga to recruit an energetic and creative EXECUTIVE CHEF to join their Team.
Requirements

2 – 3 years relevant culinary degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
At least 5 years' experience in an Executive Chef position in a high-end Hotel or Lodge.
Strong management & customer service skills and good knowledge of hospitality operations.
High standards of food quality and up to date with international food trends.
Experienced with costings and inventory control management.


Exceptional leader, ability to train and develop a team.
Excellent track record with contactable references
Computer literate
Valid SA driver's license
