Lead with Flair: Develop and execute innovative 4 or 6-course tasting menus that will wow our guests and elevate their dining experience. Inspire a Team: Manage and mentor a dedicated team of 13 kitchen staff, creating a positive and productive work environment. ? Master the Kitchen: Oversee every aspect of kitchen operations, from food prep and cooking to plating and presentation. ? Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, manage inventory, and control food costs to ensure profitability. Innovate & Elevate: Collaborate with other departments and constantly seek ways to enhance our culinary offerings.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment. Creativity: Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for creativity and presentation. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control. Qualifications: Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are preferred.
