Executive Assistant To The Ceo

Co-ordinating complex international and local travel arrangements.
Co-ordinating complex diary management.
Assisting with preparation of presentations.
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
Interaction with staff including other executives as well as external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as above where the candidate must have assisted a CEO/MD of a sizeable business is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to excel in an entrepreneurial organisation.
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
High computer literacy.
Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to be adaptable and manage in a fast-paced environment.
