Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangementsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as neededHandle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executivePrepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentsAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPerform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office managementAssist with project management and follow up on action items as needed
