Job Description
To perform secretarial duties arranges and coordinates events and travelling
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
Prepare business communication that is of a professional standard
Ensure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments
Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
Travel arrangements (local and international)
Ensure the Diary Management activities are executed on time to support with efficiencies
Organise external lunches, functions, conferences and meetings and ensure that the venue portrays a professional image
Organise meetings and workshops (including booking of venues and equipment)
Prepare documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for presentations and meetings, including preparation from dicta phone and minute taking
Compile Reports for the business as required to ensure correct business information is shared as required
Manage own development to increase own competencies
