Job DescriptionTo perform secretarial duties, arrange and coordinate events and travel.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Prepare business communication that is of a professional standard.Ensure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments.Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Travel arrangements (local and international).Ensure the Diary Management activities are executed on time to support efficiencies.Organise external lunches, functions, conferences, and meetings, ensuring that the venue portrays a professional image.Organise meetings and workshops (including booking of venues and equipment).Prepare documents (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for presentations and meetings, including preparation from dictaphone and minute taking.Compile reports for the business as required to ensure correct business information is shared.Manage own development to increase own competencies.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted after the closing date indicated below.
