Position : Executive Assistant Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm CST.
Pay Range : $1750 - $2000/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD Company/Client Overview: The company provides an integrated payment gateway that supports nonprofits and content creators with a versatile suite of payment solutions, including credit, debit, ACH, and cryptocurrency options.
The company's widget allows organizations to quickly add payment functionalities to their websites, facilitating secure and efficient transactions while minimizing fees to expand revenue opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team with a mix of social media management, lead generation, and administrative responsibilities.
This role requires someone with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
A background in social media management, data monitoring, and outreach is essential, along with experience in generating leads and handling high-touch client communications.
Ideally, the candidate will be based in South Africa and align with our working hours.
Manage social media presence for both the company brand and CEO using platforms like X.com (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor and organize data feeds for key events such as birthdays, blog posts, and organizational initiatives to maintain timely, personalized communication.
Generate custom summaries and draft outreach messages to build and maintain relationships with clients and leads Use Apollo.io & Clay.com for lead generation, personalizing outreach to align with organizational goals Handle cold emailing & cold calling campaigns and appointment setting (similar to Business Development Representative (BDR) tasks), as needed Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative support, maintaining high accuracy and detail in all tasks Minimum Requirements: 3-5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record in social media management, lead generation, and administrative support Cold Calling/Appointment Setting experience is a BIG plus!
CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) experience is a BIG plus!
Exceptional attention to detail, paralegal-like precision Excellent written and verbal English communication Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo a BIG plus!
Work Holidays: New Year's Day January 1 // Thanksgiving Day 4th Thursday in November // Christmas Eve December 24 // Christmas Day December 25
