Job Description Resourcery is a professional service provider based in Cape Town providing a wide range of services to clients all around the world, including finance, marketing, analytics, operations, legal and others.
For this particular role, our client is an entrepreneur based in Europe and South Africa.
The company is looking for an Executive Assistant based in Cape Town to work in a hybrid setup.
As an Executive Assistant and a Jack / Jane of all trades, you will support our client across all aspects of their business activities including project management and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the client , your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Executive Assistant & Project Management - Support our client in all their day-to-day activities managing a wide range of tasks and projects.
Recruiting - Finding talent is a key success factor in any business and this role will require a significant amount supporting the recruitment of new talent.
Research - Whether it is a potential new project or an investment, a lot of decisions require researching detailed information on a wide range of topics.
Presentation - Support in creating engaging presentations (and other documentation) to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders - a good eye for design is a big plus!
Communication - Support in organising meetings and updating stakeholders across different projects, updating project plans, drafting updates and summaries.
Travel support - Support in researching, planning and booking trips for our client, for business or private purposes.
Property Management - Our client owns multiple properties in Cape Town and require from time to time support in managing their tenants.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills As an ideal candidate, you must have the following: prior work experience in a similar role is a plus but not a necessary requirement, are smart and driven.
You are a fast learner and always keen to expand your horizon.
Ideally, you have graduated from a top university with a relevant degree, are emotionally sensitive and great at reading people, which helps you in dealing with a wide range of individuals as well as with recruiting, have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people in different parts of the world, are very reliable, well organised and detail-oriented.
In our world, the devil is always in the details, are very discrete and understand what information to treat confidentially, for example legal or financial information regarding a particular business, are keen to learn new productivity tools.
Having experience with Google products (incl.
Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets and Google Documents) is a big plus, are a native English speaker and fluent in writing and speaking.
Any additional languages (e.g German, French or Spanish) are a plus but not required.
