Executive Assistant - Granger Bay

Do you love being the right hand and assisting at Director level? We require an Executive Assistant who is highly organised, thinks one step ahead at all times, minimum 5 years' experience with excellent administration, financial acumen and computer skills to assist this highly successful team and company based in Ganger Bay. Essential to be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, own transport, very well groomed with excellent client liaison skills.REQUIREMENTS:Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageousMinimum 5 years of experience as a Personal AssistantExcellent communication skillsMaturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionallyStrong computer and typing abilitiesProactive, and taking initiativeFIC knowledge and what is required to be FIC compliant as an accountable institution is a bonusFlexible, and adaptable to changeValid driver's license and own transportSome financial exposure, advantageousDUTIES:Work with the MD and FD ensuring all meetings, events, cocktails that are hosted are managed, planned and arranged timeouslyDiary Management of MD and FD and screening of callsEnsuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are providedScheduling appointments and meetingsAble to follow up and ensure sub-contractors have submitted quotes and work is completed proficientlyExtensive liaison with clientsManage, proofread and check standard contracts ensuring everything is filled in correctlyManage financial basic costings for sales of products assisting with profit calculationsTyping up of quotes, contracts and confidential documentsAnswering incoming calls and attending to enquiriesDealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the DirectorsCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travelOrdering of consumables and stationeryMarketing and newslettersCoordinate courier servicesSalary: R25,000 – R30,000 ctc depending on experience
