The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the MIL team and client on the government client's site.This position currently requires a fully on-site schedule.
Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities Prepare correspondence and memos for managementReview, proofread, edit, and prepare documentation for management approvalSupport staff timekeeping and travel arrangements, as neededSupport conference room schedulingReserve vehicles for staffMaintain files in accordance with federal agency guidelinesMonitor office supply inventories and other procurementsManage visitors, including answering the door, registering visitors and escorting visitorsSupport staff and contractor onboarding including service tickets, work orders, phone setups, and other coordinationCoordinate and plan office social functions Travel NoneRequired Qualifications 7 years of relevant experience2 years of Office Manager/Administrative Support experienceSuperior organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain timelines, meet deadlines and prioritize to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong computer skills and general knowledge of office equipmentGood MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) EducationAA/AS, BA/BS preferred ClearanceAll applicants for this position must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.CompensationThe MIL Corporation values your contribution and offers a range of benefits to support your overall well-being.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations.
For this position, the projected compensation range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
