Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive and Marketing Assistant to support our leadership team and marketing function.
This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and provides top-tier marketing support.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities Manage inbound phone and email inquiries.Respond to LinkedIn post comments.Create and post three daily social media posts, including biweekly infographics and blog posts.Send daily marketing emails to candidates.Upload CVs that cannot be processed by the parsing tool.Generate Excel sales reports.Create weekly team performance reports for Directors.Maintain up-to-date HR system data.Approve leave and absences via HR software.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as an Executive and/or Marketing Assistant.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp.Basic graphic design and video editing skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
