Act as a trusted advisor, negotiating change and coordinating the origination and execution of client-centric solutions across the direct area of responsibility.Deliver universal sector insights and expertise into CIB and the client franchise, in order to identify new opportunities and facilitate revenue growth while minimizing risk across the Insurance sector.QualificationsFirst Degree in Business CommercePost Graduate Qualification in CommerceRE 5 FAIS Accreditation will be preferential8-10 years advanced experience leading client engagement at executive level, acting as a trusted advisor.8-10 years advanced experience working in a deal team, leading and managing cross-functional teams to drive client-centric solutions, deliver revenue growth, and a comprehensive client experience.8-10 years demonstrated mastery of the Client Coverage business and how it fits within the broader bank and competitive environment.8-10 years deep Insurance Sector knowledge and experience acting as trusted advisor and sector specialist for an assigned area.8-10 years demonstrated experience leading complex origination efforts (multi-product, complex client, novel or unique idea) by contributing key industry expertise and insights.8-10 years demonstrated experience as an industry thought leader, engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the sector (industry bodies, regulators).8-10 years sound understanding of the regulatory environment of the Insurance sector in order to identify opportunities for CIB as well as mitigate risk.Additional InformationBusiness Development - The ability to identify opportunities and initiate all viable projects through facilitating project preparation, scoping, feasibility studies, and business plans.Client Knowledge - Knowledge of the Bank's clients, their names, requirements, history of relationship, and key relationship issues in the Insurance Sector.Client Retention - Ability to retain existing customers or clients, diagnose their needs, and present product features and benefits to retain their business.Client Servicing - The ability to respond to client requirements, queries, and complaints and log order entries into the relevant company system.Risk Management - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, governance structures, and regulatory requirements for good management of risk.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
