Their mission is to empower organisations to develop and inspire their teams through engaging, story-led sessions that foster learning and growth.Job Description:Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Events Researcher (talent) to help us expand and manage our ever-growing talent database.What you'll need to succeed:A high level of organisation and attention to detailData entry skillsBasic image editing skillsAbility to write in clear and concise EnglishA team player yet capable and takes initiativeResponsibilities:Talent managementTake research briefs on talent and trending topics from the teamResearch new sources of talent: find data/names from news articles, conferences, agencies etc.Onboarding new talent, collecting information and creating profilesUpdating existing content to ensure that it's current, including active outreach to agents and speakersMonitoring trends to ensure we market the right people at the right timeWebsite contentUpload and schedule blog postsSearch for and create images as needed, ensuring they are high quality, appropriately titled, tagged, and optimised.Assist with research and content creation. Submit drafts for editing and approval.Review database for improvements and errors.Create meta descriptions and tags where applicable.Tools:Asana for project managementAirtable (Database) via a dashboardCanva, image creation for blogs and profiles
