Evaluation & Development Coordinator: KPI & Training Department
We are looking to hire support for our Training and Development Department. Our company is the front runner in the supply and manufacturing of security and perimeter barrier systems.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate evaluation & development activities across all levels & departments in the group, including:
KPIs - creating, analytics, shaping
General Performance Analytics - creating reports, addressing with the team
Meetings - securing and attending team meetings (internal and with other departments)
Support the implementation and ongoing development in the group (calendars, reports, etc.)
Develop a monitoring calendar for the programme.
Provide assistance and guidance on monitoring and reporting, including:
Conduct training and provide support for all in the use of systems and tools for collecting monitoring data.
Provide support for the compilation and completion of performance reports.
Ensure data submitted for reporting is checked and verified.
Perform analysis on program data.
Document good practices and actively share lessons learned.
Support the program team in organizing and facilitating program planning and learning meetings.
Compile, analyze, and disseminate quantitative and qualitative information to managers for improved program decision-making.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly program data reports for dissemination.
Ongoing evaluation & development internal departments tasks.
Required Skills:
Excellent analytical skills (benefits of past experience in data analytics, good mathematics skills)
Confident and proficient use in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
General coordination skills: building calendars, securing meetings, follow-ups, mentoring progress.
Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and representation skills.
Ability to work in a team
Ability to finish the tasks in the agreed time frame to the agreed quality
Ability to work in a virtual environment.
Self-discipline
Education:
Business Administration Degree or Diploma
