A well known investment company is seeking a JSE Sponsor Associate to join their team. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running. Experience Requirements: · Admitted attorney, chartered accountant, CFA charter holder or holder of appropriate university degree. · 2 years post-qualification experience in the sponsor services division of a corporate finance house or South African bank. · Experience with the JSE Listings Requirements regarding continuing obligations and corporate actions. · Experience with the Takeover Regulation Panel regarding affected transactions. · JSE approved equity executive. · JSE approved debt executive. · Experience with the JSE Debt Listings Requirements.
