Belangrike Verantwoordelikhede: Samestelling en invulling van Bill of Materials. Voorbereiding en versending van kwotasies op dieselfde dag as versoek. Effektiewe samewerking met departementele seniors en kliënte. Evaluering van projek koste-doeltreffendheid en winsgewendheid. Monitering van projekstadiums om te verseker dat koste ooreenstem met ramings en voorspellings. Naby samewerking met die verkoopspan om prysdoeltreffendheid te verseker. Maandelikse kosterapporte voorberei. Kwalifikasies en Vereistes: Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie voertuig. Matrieksertifikaat met Tegniese Tekeninge/CAD as 'n vak. Tegniese of teken kwalifikasie (nie noodsaaklik nie). Ten minste 1 jaar tegniese ervaring. Ervaring met tegniese tekeninge is 'n voordeel. HDPE-ervaring is 'n pluspunt. Vaardigheid in Excel. Sterk numeriese vaardighede en aandag aan detail. Vermoë om isometriese tekeninge te lees, te interpreteer en te verstaan. Position Summary: As an Estimator, you will be essential in supporting the organization by gathering pricing information, assisting with audits, tracking stock movement, and preparing quotes. Your technical skills and attention to detail will significantly impact the companys efficiency and overall success. Key Responsibilities: Compile and populate Bills of Materials. Prepare and dispatch quotes on the same day as requested. Collaborate with department seniors and clients effectively. Evaluate project cost-effectiveness and profitability. Monitor project stages to ensure costs align with estimates and forecasts. Work closely with the sales team to ensure pricing efficacy. Prepare monthly costing reports. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid drivers license and own vehicle. Matriculation certificate with Technical Drawing/CAD as a subject. Technical or drawing qualification (not essential). At least 1 year of technical experience. Technical drawing experience is advantageous. HDPE experience is a plus. Proficiency in Excel. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
