Estimator

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
5 to 8 years of site and estimating experience
Candidate must have:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to analyse information
Problem-solving skills
Able to make decisions
Able to work under pressure and independently
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
Must have a valid driver's license
