Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for the following:
Design plastic components and products, ensuring they meet specific performance criteria such as strength, flexibility, and durability such as mould design and screw and barrel design. Develop and refine manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, extrusion, and blow moulding.Ensuring that the plastic products meet industry standards and specifications.They diagnose and resolve issues in the production process, working to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.Research and Development.Maintain detailed records of design specifications, testing results, and compliance with regulatory standards.QualificationsDegree in Plastics or relatedSkillsExpertise in mould design.Expertise in screw and barrel design.Expertises in different extrusion methods.Someone who enjoys and is excited about R&D.Capable of managing processes and people.
