As an Estimator, you will be the linchpin in the pre-construction phase, leveraging your expertise to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various electrical projects. Your analytical skills and understanding of electrical systems will be crucial in helping us secure new contracts and manage project budgets effectively.

Key Duties
Analyse the suitability of tender and available capacity
Prepare a list of all tender clarifications
Collate and submit tenders to Clients timeously
Follow up on the progress of adjudication with the Client
Attend any Client clarification meetings
On receipt of a successful order, prepare all documentation for the responsible project manager
Maintain all folders in the relevant folder on the Letab contracts server
Type a variety of documents, reports, and records
Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Educational and experience requirements: Electrical engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training plus experience/knowledge of construction, tender finance, and management required. Knowledge of Instrumentation Installation would be beneficial
Spreadsheet and database software experience: Especially various knowledge in Excel
Attention to detail
Experience in a similar position
