Estimator – Construction Industry

Overview
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a reputable construction company. As an Estimator in the construction industry, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects and assisting in project planning and budgeting.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Gathering project specifications.
Evaluating costs for materials and labor.
Preparing detailed estimates.
Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 5 years experience in the estimating function of a Construction firm
Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in the construction industry
At least 5 years as an estimator
