Estimator – £60,000 To £80,000 – East London

CTR Construction are looking for an Estimator for an Internal Refurbishment Contractor based in East London.

The Role
Our client is looking for an Estimator to head up their Estimating division, working on internal refurbishment projects up to £4 million in value.
Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
– Compiling bids for work
– Calculating the cost of materials transport, labour and equipment hire
– Collating detailed price lists of everything needed on each construction project
– Clarifying the client's needs and expectations
– Presenting bids to clients and answering their questions
– Preparing and submitting quotations for work
About You
Due to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in the South East. Ideally you will have 5+ years post qualification experience across the Refurbishment sector. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Estimating and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
