Since 1994, we have been innovating and changing the game of how auditors are seen and work.THE ROLE:Nexia SAB&T requires a suitably qualified individual who will assist in the holistic and full administration process relating to insolvent estates and liquidations in terms of the relevant legislations and specifically to the Insolvency Act. This role would have involvement in all aspects of the estate administration process from start to finish.DUTIES:New appointments and lodgement of Undertaking, Bond of Security and Affidavit of Non-Interest.Attending to all assets and taking control of movable and immovable assets.Creditors' meetings – to convene and submit all relevant meeting documents.Drafting of Second Meeting reports in an insolvent estate, Company, and Close Corporation.Correspondence with all creditors and obtaining claim documents.Following up and collecting proceeds payable to the estate.Completion of relevant documents for the transferring and or liquidation of assets.Obtaining relevant tax certificates to ensure the finalization of the income tax assessment.Preparing the file for finalization.Constant liaison with the Master's Office, Magistrate Offices nationwide, and creditors if and when necessary.Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies and support implementation of new processes; policies, and systems.Essential Qualifications:Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateCertificate in Insolvent Estates (SARIPA) (not mandatory but beneficial)Minimum Experience Level:2 + years in insolvent estates / fiduciary environmentKnowledge and technical know-how relating to all aspects of estates administrationTechnical / Professional Knowledge:Computer literate and technologically savvy, including but not limited to:Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
