In this office-based role with periodic travel on the continent, you will develop and implement robust ESG strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with global best practices.Responsibilities:Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of ESG practices.Conducting staff training on compliance.Engaging with stakeholders.Preparing detailed ESG reports for senior management and board committees.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Finance, or related fields, along with 3-5 years of ESG management experience required, together with strong knowledge of international ESG regulations and standards, and strong stakeholder management skills.Drive positive change through sustainable finance practices and be part of this impactful team!
