Erp Business Analyst

Company established in the household textile industry is looking for a suitable candidate for a ERP Business Analyst role.
Based in Jacobs, Durban.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-day administration of the ERP (Security, user administration, maintenance of master data) Facilitating changes between the business, vendors, and IT, including obtaining and documenting business requirements Process mapping & reengineering Procedure & SOP creation and update User training as required Assist with the implementation of projects Assist with the implementation and review of ERP controls work users and permissions Create technical support documentation for systems and applications Education A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, information technology Skills Strong communication skills Report writing skills Problem solving & analytical thinking skills Data analytics (SQL beneficial) Experience 2-4 years professional experience in a business role Prior ERP experience in the manufacturing industry beneficial Finance background preferable Business Process Management (BPM) Risk & controls experience beneficial Costing in a manufacturing environment
