It / Data Analyst (Contract)

Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modelling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.Presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data as required by the manager of the departmentsWorking with departments to understand their ERP requirements, in order to prepare a "design brief" which can be executed to deliver a solution to the relevant departmentTo provide assistance and technical support to all departments, stores and employees in all matters related to all IT hardware and software supportImplementation of new systems and integrations with current system in placeCybersecurity monitoring and reportingAssisting with all inventory related reporting and stock take reporting on ARCH as well as other software programs that are in use.
Desired Experience and QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (IT)Experience in designing or presenting conclusions gained from analysing data using statistical tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP Crystal Reporting, Microsoft Access, Power BI etc.
will be advantageousUnderstanding of databases and accessing databases in order to design report as well as working on ARCH.Experience with SQL is non-negotiable Experience in designing of Business and Financial Reports
