Job DescriptionThe Environmental Technician undertakes administrative, public participation and stakeholder communication and management activities for the environment team. Assists the Environmental Scientists and Planners in the production of basic environmental reporting and report compilation production.Technical Excellence :Performs administrative tasks.Maintains accurate project documentation.Performs assignments of substantial variety and complexity under the general guidance of Environmental Planners and Scientists in terms of report preparation.Provides project support on document deliverables, proposals and marketing materials.Routine project support, including subcontractor procurement, purchase orders, etc.Undertakes communication with project stakeholders and Interested & Affected Parties.Prepares under the guidance of the Environmental Planners Public Participation and Stakeholder Engagement documentation and communication.Client Relationship Management :Begins to participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.Minimum RequirementsRelevant Diploma, Certificate or prior learning.3+ years relevant experience.About AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
