Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can: Contribute to the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Keep records of incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Conduct fire drills and ensure the safe installation of equipment.Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections on equipment and machinery to identify potential hazards and risks.Conduct accident investigations on site and produce subsequent reports and recommendations.Present safety training sessions and EHS induction to contractors, ensuring legal compliance requirements are implemented by contractors working on campus.Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment to check the effectiveness of the policies, procedures, and practices being properly implemented.Oversee workplace repairs, installations, and any other work related to health and safety, including purchasing and maintaining safety equipment and first aid supplies.Manage personal development to increase own skills and competencies.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Qualification: Certificates in Health and Safety e.g., Samtrac.
