The role involves managing front-desk activities, handling correspondence, coordinating office functions, and supporting staff to enhance overall productivity and maintain a welcoming environment.RequirementsMinimum Education (Essential)National Senior Certificate (Matric)Minimum Applicable Experience (years)2-3 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative roleRequired Nature Of ExperienceExperience in an Administrative/Receptionist roleEffective communication skills, written and verbalComputer literateWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work both individually and in a team-based environmentDuties and ResponsibilitiesSwitchboard managementReceive payments from customers & generate invoices accordingly (Training will be provided where necessary)Office administration and filingWelcoming and assisting guestsAd-hoc tasksOtherProficient in AfrikaansWorking hours: 07h30 – 17h30; Monday - FridaySalary: Market Related
