As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator on our Swing Shift to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing vehicle storage solutions.As an Entry-Level Machine Operator on our Swing Shift, you'll be integral to our manufacturing process, operating and maintaining various machinery. This shift, running Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in robotic welders or CNC milling machines and welding, though we're willing to train individuals who exhibit enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Operate assigned machinery effectively and safely in adherence to established procedures, ensuring smooth production flow.Quality Control: Maintain vigilance over the production process, upholding quality standards and promptly addressing deviations or issues.Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to sustain peak performance levels and minimize downtime.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor technical issues during operation, escalating complex problems to supervisors as necessary.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to foster a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any deviations from standard procedures.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to achieve production objectives and surmount challenges collaboratively.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in machine operation is advantageous.Experience: Preferably, prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
