No prior experience is necessary comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Learn to install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems under the guidance of experienced locksmiths. Assist in responding to emergency lockout situations for residential, commercial, and automotive clients. Gain proficiency in cutting and duplicating keys, rekeying locks, and programming electronic keys. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel safe and satisfied with their security solutions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Stay informed about the latest locksmithing techniques and security technology through ongoing training and development. Qualifications: Grade 12. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
