We are looking for more brilliant people to join ourbrilliant team. Qualifications /Certifications required: ? NQF Level 7 and above (ZA) ? At least 2 years experience within consulting, or an industry businessanalysis/ enterprise transformation/ operating model/ strategy/ fund, project,or programme management role.? Ideally an industry recognised project or programme managementqualification (e.g., Prince2 / MSP etc.). Experience required: Experience of supporting delivery of transformation programmes, ideally in thePublic Sector. ? Experience in project and programme management—ideally in a change ortransformation environment—including such capabilities in planning,scheduling, and RAIDD management.? Experience in business analysis, transformation communications &stakeholder management, and engagement change monitoring.? Experience in interpreting clients' strategic, operational, and external driversfor change into coherent and logic recommendations.? Experience in creating high quality visual outputs to communicate status,progress, business analysis outputs, and recommendations to clients. Responsibilities of role: As a Senior Associate within our G&HI ET team, you will work as part of a team ofproblem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience to support delivery of projects that help our clients solve complex business issues and deliverenterprise wide transformation. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Help us to deliver our firmwide purpose of building trust in society and solvingimportant problems.? Support the design and delivery of iconic, technology-enabled transformationprogrammes for some of the largest public sector clients in the UK.? Help to grow our multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team,developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform theirways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places theyserve.? Support a safe delivery of our engagements through project or programmemanagement techniques incl. risk and issue management, progressmonitoring, implementation planning, finance monitoring, and communication& stakeholder management.? Create visual and graphic outputs to translate our designs andrecommendations into high quality client deliverables.? Develop your own business, technical, and global acumen—learn new skills,keep up to date with emerging local, national and global trends, and help usbring the very best of our firm's diverse and inclusive culture to our clients.? Be innovative, take calculated risks, push yourself, and resist the temptationto take the easy option.? Be an ambassador for the PwC brand and help us further develop ourreputation in the UK and overseas. Desirable skill sets include: ? Understanding of transformation opportunities in the Government andHealthcare Industries sector and what the general factors to be consideredwhile conducting complex transformation programmes are.? Awareness of how such programmes need to leverage technology and anunderstanding of different approaches to enterprise transformation.? Experience in conducting business analysis and developing requirementsacross process, people, organisation, operations, and technology andinformation? Ability to articulate the business benefits of transformations and articulate thecase for change.? Practical and output focussed approach and a desire to make a difference.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clientrecommendations and outputs with concise, clear, and coherent messaging.
