Job Description
Responsibilities

Responsible for phlebotomy duties
Maintain all equipment used for phlebotomy
Ensure adequate stocks for phlebotomy are maintained
Maintain patient/client confidentiality
Temperature logs
Decontamination logs
Dispose of needles and swabs according to procedure
Complete relevant documentation
Must be competent with taking cash up front and doing reconciliations for billing
Needs to be hands on and focused when it comes to chasing results

Qualifications

2 Years' Experience
Flexible with shifts (including night shifts) with own reliable transport
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual vehicle (preferably own car)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
Well-groomed and well-presented
Must be registered with HPCSA
