The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing strategic direction to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our mining sites.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all engineering activities related to underground mining operations- Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize production and minimize operational costs- Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance and support- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the mine- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement- Conduct regular site visits to assess engineering needs and address any issues- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and contractorsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering- GCC Mines and Works- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground mining operations- Proven track record of leadership and project management skills- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment- Familiarity with mining software and technology is a plusBenefits:- R3m - R3,2m CTC- You can also visit the Hire Resolve website or email us your CV: (Email Address Removed).comWe will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
