Engineering Manager

Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Manager in Cape Town.
We require a candidate with:

+8 years of web software development experience
+2 years of experience managing a Software Engineering team
Dealt with salary reviews and increases
Experience with or a willingness to learn and master Python web development
Demonstrable track record of working with a relational database
Experience working in an agile team managed by Scrum

Technical/Functional Skills:

JavaScript / Angular
HTML 5
CSS
SQL REST APIs

One or more of the following Languages:

C++
C#
Java
Python
Kotlin
Scala
Ruby on Rails

Experience with embedded systems, Python Django, Async Message Brokers, DevOps, Cloud platform and Advanced Git usage is beneficial.
