This position is for a unique individual as we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Engineering Development Manager. This role requires to have a strong background in engineering, leadership, and project management. Main focus will be on electronic hardware and software development in the rail industry. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of projects while driving innovation in product development
Minimum requirements:

B Eng Degree (Electronic Hardware or Software)
10 Years experience focusing on hardware and software development
8 Years experience in management
Experience in the transport, rail industry
Radio Frequency experience would be beneficial
Mechanical design experience would be beneficial
Electrical design experience would be beneficial
Project management experience would be beneficial
