Engineering Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professionals to join a leading provider of geotechnical data collection, reporting, and management software. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a focus on servicing clients in the UK time zone. The successful candidate will join a growing team that values innovation, client satisfaction, and excellence in geotechnical solutions. Experience as a: geo-engineer, geo-physicist, or environmental engineering is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and success. Guide clients through onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience. Monitor client usage and provide insights to help clients maximize their value from the software. Occasionally travel to the UK for client meetings and team collaboration (approximately once a year). Qualifications: A background in geo-engineering, being a geo-physicist, or environmental engineering is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous but not required.
