Job Description: Engineer/Technologist - CBMS Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale Job Type: 6 month Contract, Full-Time hours Job Duties: Conduct research, design, and implement solutions in the field of Condition-Based Monitoring Systems (CBMS) Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CBMS equipment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide technical support and training to end-users on CBMS operations Document processes, procedures, and findings related to CBMS projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Building Automation Systems.
Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) Proven experience in the design and implementation of CBMS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Control & Instrumentation, and Integration of Systems.
Specific experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Lighting and Power Systems.
Strong track record in design, implementation, and commissioning of CBMS in large-scale industrial or power generation facilities Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of Condition-Based Monitoring Systems Proficiency in system analysis and troubleshooting Strong project management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
