Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in the field of End User Computing? We are offering an exciting opportunity for Graduates from DUT residing in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, to join our End User Computing Learnership Level 3 program.
Responsibilities:
Participate in classroom and practical training sessions to develop skills in End User Computing.
Learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Gain proficiency in operating systems, productivity software, and basic networking.
Assist in providing technical support to end users.
Follow established procedures and protocols for IT support tasks.
Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance learning and development.
Requirements:
Must reside in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and must be a DUT Graduate Student.
Minimum educational qualification: Letter of completion for any equivalent course studied from DUT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
No prior experience in End User Computing required; this learnership is suitable for beginners who were students at DUT.
